One Ticket equals a single support issue resolved. Â
A support issue is any topic regarding usage, configuration, your
customizations, or concepts related to the functioning of the cart. Set up
issues are included with your purchase, and are not counted against you for
support tickets.Â
When we encounter a support issue that is already covered in our forums or
in our online knowledge base (
http://www.aspilot.com/pilot.asp?pg=kb ) we
will refer you to that fix and NOT charge you a ticket.
Tickets may be used for support only and can be used
to help on your own custom pages barring any programming. Â
If you have a
question, the preferred route for support is toÂ
    1) Check the
help files on ASPilot.com Knowledge Base. We update them as often as possible.
    2) Check the
forums and post your question there. Ask for clarification. Repeat a
question that has been already asked if you don't understand  the answer
given. No question is too simple, complex, or unwanted. The forums are
regularly checked by the staff at ASPilot.com and the programmers themselves
will give answers.
   3) Email support
at
support@aspilot.com to open a trouble ticket. From there further
phone calls or emails may (will) be sent to clarify the problem and provide
a solution. Support will not be able to edit the files for you (if
necessary) however they can and will provide very clear examples on how to
do so.
Custom programming is handled separately. (please see
below)
Custom Programming
Custom programming is available for $100 per hour.
Prior to requesting custom programming we suggest you use the forums (
http://www.pilotcarthelp.com/forum ) to find
if a fellow Pilot Cart user may already have a solution for you.Â
Custom programming is
limited to the discretion of ASPilot.com. We must reserve the right to
refuse to do any customizations, however we will do our best to direct you
to a capable third party (not affiliate with ASPilot.com or Scarab Media)
who may be able to handle your request.
Custom programming is
under no warrantee implied or otherwise.  It Is not guaranteed to work with
updates or upgrades.
Custom Project Fees
Less than 3 hours must be paid in full prior to start
More than three hours we will provide an estimate and require 50% down and
50% on finalization of the project.
